My background
I spent a decade in public practice at Deloitte, building a strong foundation in accounting, reporting and the discipline behind reliable financial information. I later moved into industry, managing financial operations across multiple companies and seeing firsthand what owners need from their back office.

I created Back Office Financials after seeing the same gap repeatedly: growing businesses had bookkeeping, but not the timely reporting, financial visibility or controller-level oversight needed to make confident decisions. It was built to close that gap.
